You can activate a Trading Partner through the use of these functions.
They allow you to set up an Action and then activate a Trading Partner based on custom information received during the processing of the Action.
It is common to have an Action that is loading a file, and to use a field from the file data to determine which Trading Partner to activate.
The Action can then be executed in the context of the activated Trading Partner.
