Transports are used to send or receive Files across a network, including the internet.
There are two types of Transports;
Inbound Transports are used to receive files from remote servers or services into local Statelake File Connections. Architecturally, expectations are that File Connection directories are local to the Statelake server.
Outbound Transports are used to send files from local Statelake File Connection directories to remote servers or services. In most cases, this will involve crossing a network boundary. and will involve different protocols.
