Before deleting any Trading Partner, you must ensure that the partner is not assigned to any Actions prior to its removal.

There are actually three (3) ways of permanently deleting a Trading Partner from within the Trading Community of a configuration.

With all deletions, you will be prompted to confirm the action, allowing you to abort the delete process.

  1. Selecting the Delete button on the Manage Trading Community window will remove the currently selected and highlighted Trading Partner.

  2. Open the Trading Partner using the Edit button, then click on Delete within the selected Trading Partner window.

  3. Double-click on the Trading Partner to be deleted, or highlight the Trading Partner and then double-click on the highlighted line to delete.

While the <control> key can be used to visually select multiple Trading Partners for deletion, only the entry marked with the double arrow >> will be deleted. In the following example, only The Book Club will be removed.
