Click on Trading Community on the structure tree to open the Module window.

The Manage Trading Community window will open.

All Trading Partners that are set-up in the configuration will be displayed in the list, along with any other information related to those Trading Partners, as above.

You are able to Export an individual Trading Partner at a time into a Statelake Template file. The default extension of the file is .SL_CFG.

Select the partner you want to Export, and you will be prompted to confirm when you right-click on the selected line.

The Export Settings window displays your selected Trading Partner. At the bottom left corner of the window is a tick box to allow the save date and time to be included in the name of the saved Template file. To select this option, tick the box. Leaving the option unticked will not record these details as part of the file name.

Export To E-mail

Select Export to e-mail to generate a Template file suitable for attaching to an email.

You will be asked to confirm the default file name and directory path.

A successful Save will cause a confirmation window to pop-up.

The original item will remain untouched within the configuration. Click OK to close,

Close the Manage Trading Community window using the X in the upper right-hand corner.

Export To A File

In this example the date and time tick box has been activated, which will cause the date and time to be included as part of the file name.

Select Export to a file to generate a Template file on disk.

You will be asked to confirm the default file name and directory path.

A successful Save will cause a confirmation window to pop-up.

The original item will remain untouched within the configuration. Click OK to close,

Close the Manage Trading Community window using the X in the upper right-hand corner.
