Selecting File Router Action creates a New File Router Action Item under the Action Steps Tab.
Click on the item to access the fields.

Source Data
Select the File Definition whose file you wish to route to different locations. There must be an item under the Data tab that this step can reference.
Routing Events
Create routing events to test conditions on whether to route the file. For each test you can assign a File Connection where the file will be routed to if the test succeeds.
